Terms of service

These terms apply when your company uses SediaSafety, a service of ArkMind Technology Sdn Bhd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or paying for a plan, your company agrees to them.

The service

SediaSafety helps transport operators keep the records the JISA audit asks for and shows how ready they are. The readiness score is an indicator, not a guarantee of passing. SediaSafety is independent and is not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by JPJ or APAD.

Accounts

• Your company is responsible for the people it invites and what they do in the account.
• Keep passwords private and tell us at once if you think an account has been misused.
• The information you enter must be true, and you must have the right to upload it.

Plans and payment

Plans are billed yearly in advance at the price shown on the pricing page or in your order. Prices exclude any tax the law requires us to add. If payment is late, we may pause access after giving notice. Refunds follow our refund policy.

Your data

Your company owns the records it keeps in SediaSafety. We use them only to provide the service, as our privacy notice explains. You can export your records while your plan is active and for [period to be confirmed by Ken] after it ends.

Fair use

Do not use the service to break the law, upload harmful files, or try to reach data that is not yours.

Our responsibility

We work to keep SediaSafety available and correct, but cannot promise it will never be interrupted. As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to [limit to be confirmed by Ken].

Ending the service

You may stop renewing at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, after notice where possible.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. We may update them and will tell account holders about important changes before they apply.
